1. Make yourself comfortable

4. Practice positive affirmations
At this point, your body and mind are very relaxed and you feel good about yourself. There isn’t a better time to practice positive affirmations than the time you feel good about yourself!
There’s an abundance of money affirmations you can pick. Here’s something you might find helpful:
·         I do what I love and I attract money.
·         Money comes easily to me every day.
·         I always have money to do whatever I want.
While you’re repeating the affirmations, imagine as if all of them are true. For example, imagine what you'll feel like if money comes easily to you every day – and then hold onto that feeling.

5. Be grateful for what you have
The Law of Attraction says that like attracts the like. You can’t attract money if you’re constantly feeling like you’re lacking money.
At the end of your self-hypnosis session, don’t forget to be grateful for what you have.
