Adopt meditation as a habit

Meditation can be a life-changing habit – as long as you keep up with it regularly.
You don’t need to do it for hours on end. Even 10-15 minutes per day are enough to boost your concentration and stop your thoughts from racing back and forth.

Use brain-hacking apps
There is at least dozen of apps out there that can help you improve mental performance. They’re fun and extremely easy to use – think of them as games.
Some of them you might like are: Peak, Elevate, Lumosity, and Cognito.

Learn a new skill
Taking the time to learn a new skill might increase the grey matter in your brain.
Skills can range all the way from learning a new language to knitting and embroidery.

If you’re a right-handed person, try doing brushing your teeth with your left hand – and vice versa.You’ll be surprised just how much focus this simple exercise requires.
Repeat daily, with as many tasks as you feel comfortable with! 

Take care of your body
This may sound like the biggest cliché but really – if you want to master your mind, you’ll have to master your body as well.

Get enough rest at night. Workout several times per week. Eat well during the day – plenty of veggies and proteins. Oh, and don’t forget to drink water.
