4. Talk your emotions out
You can’t eat your way out of a bad mood. You’ll only feel worse afterward anyway.
Learn how to express your emotions. Think of negative emotions as a sign that it’s time to take back the control over your own life.
Whenever you experience a negative emotion, do something about it. Take action! Talk to friends & family. Tell them how you feel – you’d be surprised just how supportive they can be!
